The concept is how unhappiness gradually fills inside a person for their actions and that leaves scars and we can always try to hide the pain but it will never go away even if we try to clean up our act and there are always things that come back that trigger the unhappiness.
Just a few suggestions though, if you don't mind. You first started out as a beverage and it ended up being from a bathtub as a comparison. I think the bathtub comparison is much better though. So i'd work on focusing to one general metaphor. But it's really good for the most part. The last line is a sort of symbolism for different exterior factors that try to help but end up making things worst.
