What is the best generic battery to buy to replace my Olympus Stylus 300 digital camera?
I just found out that the Li-10B battery is obsolete now. Although the information that came with the camera stated not to substitute, I have no choice now. Does anyone have this camera and if so what battery did you use as an alternate? Does this mean if I find one I have to get a new battery charger as well or will my Olympus 300 charger work with the alternative battery? Thanks

I look into getting the off-brand batteries for cameras because they are a lot less. I have a Canon 5d and the Canon batteries are around $100 a pop, but i can get the off-brand for about $30 a pop. its still expensive, but a whole lot less expensive.
