When u click a picture of a TV with a digital camera, why does a black bar appear in the picture?
with my digital camera whenever i try taking picture of a tv which is switched on or my computer which is on, thr appears a black bar in the picture... Why does this happen?
You are seeing the refresh of the tv screen. It's not visible to the naked eye, because it goes so fast. But when you take a split-second camera snap of the screen you can see the refresh.
