Camcorder Power Cord

I am looking for a very simple video camera under $50?
It doesn't need to be anything fancy at all. This is all I need:
- Camcorder that takes videos with okay quality
- Ability to hook up to a standard tripod
- Connects to a computer OR has good amounts of memory or SD storage
- Comes with a power cord OR has good battery life
I do not need a camera with fancy features, optical zooming, amazing video quality, etc. Just something that takes basic videos.
So, does anybody know of something that fits my needs? Or do you have a camera that you're willing to sell to me? It has to be under $50 (including tax, shipping, etc.) and it does not need to be new as long as it is in reasonable condition.
Do not get a flip video camera! Complete waist of money.
Mustek DV526L 6-in-1 Multi-Functional Camera is, on Amazon.com, avalible for $65.
Also the Kodak PlaySport (Zx3) HD Waterproof Pocket Video Camera is, on Amazon.com avalable for $150, but it has a lot higher quality.
