Do you think this Remote Shutter Release would be compatible with my CANON REBEL XSi?

its a pretty good deal, but i don't know if it would be compatible with my CANON EOS REBEL XSi 12.2 MP
The first one, no. Rebel XSi is the same as EOS 450D, and it's not listed as one of the compatible camera models.
The second one lists it:
"Suitable for Canon 350D 400D 450D 300D 30/33/30v 50/55 10 300V 300X 100 Z155 G6 G5 G3 G2 G1 S70 S60."
