Can someone help me to decide which lens is comparable with a Canon camera?
I plan to purchase a Canon Rebel T1i. It comes with a 18-55mm lens. I will need to get a telephoto and a wide angle lens as well. If I purchase this camera, am I limited to only buying lenses from Canon? If not, will the Tamron (or any other brand) lens work with it?
Tamron, Tokina and Sigma all make lenses that are compatible with the EOS mount that the T1i uses.
