Can I use a standard auto focus lens on a Canon EOS D300 DSLR?
For instance, would these lenses go will with the camera and would the auto focus still work?

Are you asking if you can use a generic lens on your 300D?
The answer is yes as long as they are compliant with EF and EF-S lenses.
You will have to do the research your self and maybe call Tamron and ask them about the specific lenses listed
