This is a very big and controversional question.
Canon, Cosina, Konica Minolta (now will be under Sony), Leica, Minolta, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax, Tamron, Tokina, Schneider Kreuznach, Sigma Corporation, Zeiss
This is the list of SLR Lens manufacture. However the lens inside all this brand only produced by few companies.
Fuji for example produce many high quality lenses for Movie camera. Nikon also produce lens for telescope (from small to big one) Kodak lens is use in Hubble Space Telescope.
Which one the biggest no one know. None of this company will show their sales report to anyone
