How do you protect your hair when swimming besides wearing a cap. Any post swimming remedies?
Before you get into the pool soak your hair in cold water so that the hair absorbs the non-chlorinated water rather than the pool water. After the swim rinse and condition your hair immediately-- a little hot oil doesn't hurt either.
