Need to buy a scanner for slides.?
I have literally thousands of 35 mm slides that I would like to scan and burn into DVDs. The slides are currently in either Kodak Carousel magazines or in archival pages. What would be the best choice for under $1,000.00? I need to balance picture quality with speed and ease of loading. Also, don't care about scanning anything else. Any suggestions?

Canon FS-4000 Scanner, is the better, it comes with great software to make any picture better, even if they have scratches , the software is similar to what they use to make old movies into blue ray dvd.
