Digital Camera's, what make is best? I'm looking into purchasing one as I have an old fashioned camera stll!

I have been looking around & i am getting very confused with what i should be looking out for, I've been told that Sony do a better Lens? But can anyone help for a first timer!

I have an Kodak easyshare and love it. It is so easy to use and the software makes it so easy to put pictures onto your PC. I have a 3 mega pixal at the moment and this is fine, but I have seen a 6 mega pixel and am thinking of upgrading. I am sticking with Kodak Easyshare again. I think if you can look at a Which report or something that is non biased and then see what specifications best suit your needs. Hope that helps a bit.
