Disk Secure

How can I recover the secure partition of my Imation Swivel Flash Disk after formatting it in Windows?
My Imation flash disk has a secure partition. I thought of formatting it in Windows to remove that secure partition but to my surprise, the one gigabyte capacity is now down to something like 1.9 megabytes. Is there a software program that is available to recover the lost space? It seems that Windows can not read that portion of the disk that contains the secure partition. Even a low-level formatting software did not work.
Diskgetor is best at recover lost files,partitions from formatted external hard drive.
Include flash drive,memory card,pen drive.....
