Is a class 10 SDHC overkill for a high speed point and shoot?
I just bought a Casio Exilim Ex-FC100 and it's time for a new memory card. This camera does high speed continuous shooting, but it's a point and shoot not a pro camera. I'm considering a SanDisk 8GB Class 10 card, would this be overkill? The reviews are good but most of the reviewers make mention of using SLR cameras.

Casio doesn't supply actual transfer rates. The 30 frame continuous shooting is handled by the internal memory buffer. I doubt if the transfer to the card exceeds what a class 4 will handle. A class 4 is good for most consumer grade DSLRs. The only advantage would be in transfer rate between the card and computer.
