Faulty Spares Repairs 2
Old Laptop?

I have an old Packard Bell laptop which is faulty and would cost too much to have it repaired so I just bought a new one and I was going to sell my old one to a shop for spare parts. I am not 100% sure what document I have saved on my laptop, eg if any have personal details which could be used against me in fraud, eg bank account details etc. Anyway the poer jack is totally broken, I have had it checked out so the battery is totally flat. Is there any way to have the laptop memory scrubbed? Thanks for all help given icon smile

Definitely too old. It's not worth it to use as a boat anchor. Just find another one on craigslist.org

To clean the machine. remove the hard drive and drill a hole through the middle of it. Nothing else is located on the computer itself...
