Sto-fen Omni Bounce or Gary Fong Lightshpere? Pros and Cons of each?

Pros: Gary Fong will get more money so he can develop and sell more useless tupperware to photographers.

Cons: You can do the same thing with an index card and a rubber band for a few cents.

The only real use I got out of my lightsphere was spraypainting it black so I could use my grids with standard hotshoe flashes.
