i want to play a 1080p film thats on my laptop onto my LCD?
I have a 62inch LG 1080p tv and want to know what wire i would need to buy in order to play the movie from my laptop to LCD (i want full 1080p quality). all i have is a VGA socket though on my sony vaio. what do i need to buy?
Yup... You can get a VGA--to--HDMI cable... This will work, but if you want perfect 1080, you should use Hdmi.
How old is your laptop?? Most new laptops, even 2yr old one comes with hdmi out*.
