The lens is for the now defunct and obsolete 110 camera from many years ago. 110 size film is almost 16mm in size, producing a thumb nail (human thumb nail) sized negative.

Sorry Charlie, won't fit your 35mm camera and is only a paperweight unless you move it on again..
