What is a good high speed camera for a beginner?
My teenage son would like a high speed camera for Christmas. I don't know anything about them but I would like to get something good quality for not a high price. Any suggestions?
I was hoping to spend under $300. This is just a hobby of his and he's only 13.

the speed will depend on the available light too... so static light or flash will be needed too...
