Attach an LED light to my video camera?
I am new to amateur film making and my video camera does not come with a light to shoot at night...
Is there any way to attach a bright light to shoot at night... something like a bike LED light?
Or I was thinking one of those bendable lights that ive seen on many cameras...
can anyone help me out?
You need, as a starting point, a need to know how you are going to power the light. For portability, a battery belt might be the answer. In that case you would need lights that match the power of your belt's output. There are many lighting options, you are best suited to choose what works for you.
This is a light I use http://asimplelife.ca/light.html it requires 120 volts, so i bring this along http://asimplelife.ca/power.html I can put any wattage CFL light bulbs into it and light an entire room if I need to and I purchased the light bar, less the lights for $5.00 Canadian at a christian used goods store. It is from the early 60's, so what it does the job. Be creative, use what you got. It is called guerrilla lighting Videomaker.com has written and video lessons on that.
