I just bought some macro lens filters for my canon 450d but the +10 doesnt auto focus? :S Help please?
Hey I just bought some macro lens filters for my canon 450d but the +10 doesnt auto focus? Does anyone know why this is or can help me?

Most cameras auto-focus systems are based upon known characteristics of known lenses.
Your 450D "sees" your lens for what it is, not what you have attached to it. When you remove the lens, see the little brass contacts? This is how the camera and lens speak to each other. There is nothing to tell the camera that the user has added some diopters to it.
For now, manually focus the lens (most people who shoot with macro lenses, manually focus in any case)
