Lens Jupiter

I have a cheap telescope with 8x magnitude with low quality lens....?
I use it frequently (1 hour a day) to watch stars, planets......
I use it mainly to watch moons of jupiter... I strain my eyes very much to focus on the faint moons of jupiter.........
Will straining my eyes for 1 hour a day with my telescope made of low quality lenses cause any problem to my sight?
no.. that nights sleep will recover your problems.. headaches yes.. future chronic problems.. no..
