What type of sunglasses are best for protection from harmfull effects from sunlight?
Sunlight here is very bright, and some1 told me that sunglasses with fibre (plastic) Lens doesn't help at all, so should i use sunglasses with a Glass lens and please name the type of the lens also..

make sure its 100% uv ray protection (the news channel in my area said they are the best!) They said target and drugs stores sold ones that were just as good as the expensive ones sold at sunglasses stores
