HELP SHOULD I BUY THIS STUDIO KIT?

Should I say it again ....... NO.
Before I even opened the question I KNEW it would be some cheap ebay light kit, it never fails.
It is very low powered. The light output would be so low that you would be forced to use the camera on a tripod, use a large aperture, and a slowish shutter speed. NONE of which will allow you to do "family portraits". Your subjects would have to remain dead still or there would be blur in the photo, plus the large aperture required would reduce your depth of field and you would have some people in focus and others would be blurred.
Sorry, but there is no cheap way into proper photography. Get some quality STROBE lighting, and I DON'T mean from Ebay.
Even using some remote mounted shoe mount flashes with radio triggers and some diffusion would be better than the kit you have listed.
