Can you see black light ink under regular lighting?
I'm looking to get a black-light ink tattoo and was wondering if there is any ink that is only visible in the dark.
black light ink would not show up in the dark, only under a black light. unless you meant glow in the dark ink and in that case it would show up provided it was exposed to light before you went in the dark. in regular lighting i dont think you would be able to see it.
