What is difference between a digital camera and a mega pixel camera ?
Mega pixels is a way of measuring the resolution (how much fine detail) a digital camera can record, all this figure tells you is how big you can print, nothing else.
More is not necessarily good, cramming lots of Mp onto a small sensor will reduce it's dynamic range which will lead to burnt out skies and blocked out darks, and will lead to poor low light performance.
