How do I adjust the F-stop when using a Canon FD lens with a C-Mount adaptor?
I want to use a lens from an AE-1 on a Bolex and have an adaptor, but the iris does not close down when using the lens on the Bolex (on the SLR there is a mechanism that automatically closes it down when the shutter is pushed).
I would go to the Camera Exhange in Minnesota. Not sure if they have them in other places. But they may have a website. Give them a call, they are absolute experts! Good Luck.
