Mount Umbrella

Am trying to locate someplace to buy an outdoor collapsible clothesline. Carousel type.?
This type of clothesline is mounted on a center pole and the appendages holding the lines collapse/fold next to the pole when not in use. Somewhat like what and umbrella does when it is closed.
Lowe's or Home Depot would be good places to start.
