Which of the 4 is the best digital SLR camera?
Out of Nikon, Canon, Pentax and Olympus, which is the best company for DSLR?
I have a specific camera picked out from each company, but I want whichever is the best of the 4
Opinions, and why? And maybe a link to photos you have taken with that camera
This portion of someones answer is just total and utter rubbish.
"If you are attempting to become a pro some day, then the only camera system to consider right now are the Nikon and Canon systems."
Yes, Nikon and Canon systems are good and many pros do use them but not all pros by any means.
But Pentax and Olympus are also good solid brands.
Also nowhere in your question did I see the "pro" bit mentioned.
If you have narrowed your choices to a specific camera from each of the 4 you have listed then the next step is to compare them in your hand.
Go along to a camera store and handle them all.
Check that the ones on your list have all the facilities you require and then choose the one which YOU feel most comfortable with in handling, price, facilities etc.
Don't listen to the fanboys on here or the so-called experts.
