Pentax, Canon, or Nikon?
I know for sure that I am getting my first DSLR soon, but which brand to you prefer and why? The reason I put Pentax in is because of the Kx, which has more features than most of the nikons and canons I've looked at.
There is a fixation in the minds of many that nothing meets the quality of the Canon and Nikon. They are patently full of themselves. Pentax equipment is superb and always has been. They were in the camera market before either Canon or Nikon, but like Sony and Olympus, they do not buy the market.
Simply get the best camera that you can afford and still have some money in your pocket when you walk out of the store.
