can anybody help me figure out what lighting was used in this photo?

what lighting was used, softbox, spot..?
Powerful studio light, just to camera right... Very hard strong lighting possibly from a silvered brolly or dish. The shadow at the neck is quite hard so even a spill kill may have been used. I doubt whether a softbox has been used.
Reflectors are not needed for removing shadows when using a high power system like Quad lighting. There is a definite wraparound lighting effect when using these high power lights although I'm not seeing much wraparound here...
I use this technique sometimes on fashion shoots, but I nearly always use a 2m diameter large octagonal softbox for diffuse light and crank the Quad up.... and personally, I'd have had the model stand away from the background. Just my opinion!
