Will this backdrop stand work fine?

I really want this one because it doesn't seem too big(I'm just afraid it will be too small), I'm just not too sure about the dimensions, the way it's written is a little confusing, is the sizing of the stand standard for normal studios?

The width seems fine. You will need either a muslin background (cotton) which you can buy in different widths. You can also buy seamless paper - I believe the typical "wide" variety is 108 inches so the stand is plenty wide.
Height-wise it might be a little short. 7 feet sounds tall but you don't photograph a person standing next to the background material - rather 4-5 feet in front of it if space allows. That helps you reduce the shadows you might see from the flashes. Plus, if you are so inclined, it gives you room to add lights between the subject and the background to light the background.
