putting picture on the computer?
i'm buying someone a digital photo keychain for christmas that lets you put up to 31 pictures on it. problem is, i'm wanting to use pictures that have already been taken and developed. i don't have a scanner so how would i do that? and if i found a scanner what would be the quality of the picture once it is scanned?
Scanned pictures will actually turn out pretty well. If they are going to be just small images on a keychain sized window, they will look just fine. Scanning would be your best option, and if you don't want to buy a scanner, you might be able to use one at Kinko relatively cheap. Also, if you take them to a photo store, they can make the prints digital for you....for a fee of course. Maybe see if a friend or neighbor has a scannner...then it's just your time that you will be spending. But, scanners are not too crazy expensive, so you should probably price out all options.
