My digital camera has pixel errors what's wrong?
My Samsung camera has tiny pixel errors and I don't know why. I took many pictures and I never had a problem with it.I was always careful with it and never dropped it yet for some reason there are a few pixels at the bottom area of the screen and one in the middle. The one in the middle is either white or green and the pixels around it are slightly discoloured.
I don't want to spend another 200 on another camera and I'm upset there's something wrong with it.
Pixels fail unfortunately.
It could be dust on the sensor or it could just be a dead pixel.
The service cost for a compact would probably outweigh the cost of buying a new one.
If you have an ISO control on the camera turn it to a low setting as this is likely to affect the prominence of the issue.
