Somehow a little piece of the blue plastic was broken off the edge beside the last gold prong and it won't work anymore. Is there another way to get the pictures off? I have tried putting it back in my camera and using the cord, but it isn't working? HELP? There are over 300 pictures on it, including my Christmas pictures and my sisters baby shower.. =(
You may be able to contact the maker of the memory card for help.
Usually when a card breaks anywhere near the card to camera interface you are out of luck.
I know it is too late now, but in the future get into the habit of transferring all your image files to your computer as soon as you return from an event. That way all those photos will be safely on your computer if you ever have this problem again. Keeping images on a memory card over a week is not a good idea, since there are times that a card can become corrupted and having over 300 images lost when most of them could have been safely residing on your computer is a shame.
