Can you bring a professional/semi-pro video camera (ex. Sony PD 170) to the Philippines from another country?
My father bought it for me as a gift from Korea, now he is coming to the Philippines to give it to me. He is not a balikbayan. Will he encounter any problems at the airport, especially with the customs/tax/etc.?
If it's hand carried or included in his luggage, there is no tax or duties.
