Is there a radio transmitter trigger that is compatible with my Nikon D70?

I hate the IR trigger cause if have to b right in front of the camera. I really want one so I can have a slave flash when I go on location. I went to camera corner and was directed to this:

However, I don't think that is compatible with my D70. Anyone else out there have the technical aspect of this please enlighten me. Am I S.O.L? Is it compatible? Or is there another option besides the IR remote?
