Why wont the Metz 45 CL - 1 flash gun sync with my Sony A200 DSLR?
I have a Sony Alpha 200 digital SLR and a Metz 45 CL -1 flash gun, I have tried different flash settings on my camera and both manual and auto settings on the Metz (it doesn't seem to have ttl), I have the sync lead plugged into the Metz and the hot shoe adapter on the camera but when I press the shutter button the Metz just wont flash??!!!! Any ideas what i am doing wrong?, or is it just not compatible?!. Help!!!!! I'm doing a university project which has to be in next week and i'm getting no-where fast!. thank you! x
Flash could be in auto or manual (yes, no TTL, definitely). Camera would have to be in manual mode.
