Need help with home studio lighting?
I'm trying to put together an at home photo studio, i just need to know what lights to get? What type of lighting do i need for a small at home studio?
There are two basic types... continuous and strobe. Strobe is the most common used for studio lighting for people. There are many pros and cons to each type, but you can't go wrong with a good set of strobes. Alien Bees are very popular, and of good quality for the price. You can get basic sets to get you started.

I also highly suggest you get a remote trigger for the lights so you will not have to be running a sync cord and tripping over it and pulling it out of your camera or light:
