Does this come with everything I need?
I just ordered this as a main source of light for my inside photoshoots. I dont do them that often, so these will only be used every once in a while. I just wanted to make sure this is all I needed to order in order to function it. I have done some research on them, but I wanted to hear from professionals themselves to see if everything is included that needs to be?

Yes, I have two types of diffusers!!!
It seems to be a light and a sync cord only.
You'd need (if you haven't already got);
- light stand
- modifiers -umbrella or softbox (for soft light), snoots, barn doors, grids (for harder light & to control spill)
