Sylvania 4GB mp3/mp4 (i'm ready to throw it )?

music, photos,video and record is all i can get when i try to go to games the screen goes black with a blue strip on the left side and freezes then i have to shut it off and on again. i cant get to anything text it just keeps saying flash memory......anything you can tell me will help ........ i need help with the text,navigation,settings and games

so do i!!! that thing sucks! That is the only thing i got for christmas and it is sooo annoying and hard to work!! I mean it doesn't come with a instruction manuel it only tells you where the buttons are. Mine didn't come with games nor a radio!!
