If you check this answer in time, there is an auction I discovered at ebay, plus many others that offer extension lenses for your camera, and I am sure Sony offers some from their web site, but their going to cost you a fortune directly from Sony. There were many others, just search "DSC-H5" in the search bar, and some things like lenses, carrying cases and the like will come up in the results.I am sure the instructions are in the box, if not, you could go to a photo shop, or something like that and have them help you figure out how to connect the lense.
