42" toshiba LCD cannot turn on. Timer red light blinks, but power will not come on ...What is the fix?
The power circuit board on the tv is broken. You can email or call the manufacturer and see what they say. This is a common issue on low end tvs, Sony also have the same problem. It might not be cost effective in repairing the circuit due to the cost of labor. Most manufacturer will not provide the part to anyone except to there authorixed repair shop.
