Do you need a Transflash Card for your cell phone?
A TransFlash Card would be used for saving media files such as MP3's and Videos. Some phones will also let you save the Pictures you take onto the TransFlash card as well, which is nice because it allows you to save more pictures than you would be able to if you were limited to only the phones memory... Also, if the phone ever broke, chances are those pictures on the TransFlash card would be fine- So a nice added upside on an unfortunate situation.
Be sure that it is infact a TransFlash card that your phone takes, as some phones use miniSD cards instead, which is different. Also note that on some packaging a TransFlash card may be called microSD.
Eitherway the memory cards should come with an adapter to allow you to put the card into a standard SD card reader and be able to move files to and from your computer.
Do you need one... Nah, But it would definately allow you to maximize the features and benefits of your phone! Go for it!
