What type of studio lights do i need?

i would like to set up a little studio setup in my house, i wouls like to know what softbox and umbrella did they use? or what would you recomend for like a soft box or a lighting kit if so could you supply me with a wesite so i could see it
i have a nikon d60 and would like to take some portraits

They are considered good entry-level professional lighting. For an amateur they are very good. The company sells accessories like soft boxes, umbrellas, etc
The low end box - 150 ws - is around $230 I think. (The 300 ws is also very popular and is used more as the main light, with the 150 ws as the fill.) Plus you'll need a softbox or umbrella (don't be afraid to save some bucks and start with an umbrella), a light stand and maybe a wireless setup. That gets you one light but it might be OK for starting portraits. As you saw in the video, three is a nice number to have. It allows you some lighting options with regard to shadows, and the background light gives you good separation between the subject and the background.
