There are only a couple of possible types.
There's a 90% chance that it uses a MiniB USB cable, by far the most common choice for camera and photoframe connections. Take the frame to a computer or photo shop and compare the plugs and sockets. Even through a plastic blister pack, it will be obvious.
You may even have one lying around meant for a different device (a camera?) that would work.
