I got a ViviCam T026 for Christmas and so did my dad. Details: 12.1 Mega Pixils, 2.4"LCD Monitor, 4x Digital Zoom. Its an underwater camera up to 10 feet.
Problems:
Sometimes the busy light lights up and the screen goes black for a while
Sometimes when I change the flash settings it goes "busy"
The flash is too bright sometimes
It says it's 12.1 Mega Pixels and all but, the pictures are okay but not that good.
It takes a long time to take a picture sometimes
We were using an old memory card with not much memory.
So we switched to a "higher speed memory card" I believ it has 8GB and it is a Lexar Platinum 8GB SDHC 100x, (B (B with a almost circle around it)
I really don't mean to hurt your feelings, but Vivitars are pathetic, and only guaranteed to frustrate and disappoint you.
However, that is what you have right now, so try to make the most of it. Try to find a manual (most decent manufacturers let you download them from their website), plus get out a few books on photography, it will help you a lot.
